"Agent mentioned she would help me out on 4/7/23 suddenly my calls stopped being taken and never returned. I ended up wasting an unnecessary hour on a busy saturday attempting to 1-800 customer service all for something the agent could of handled for me. unreliable! There corporate call center understaffed wait times are terrible avoid if you can."
